Jacquard Harness Setup
Mahaveer Brand harnesses make the perfect link between the Jacquard M/c and the warp threads of the weaving machine. The harness has between 2000 and 40000 harness cords, with weaving widths up to 5 meters, depending on the application.
Our custom configured harnesses can be used to weave nearly all fabrics such as silk fabrics, linings labels, dress material, decorative materials, table cloths, bed linens, velvets, towels and carpets. The harnesses are designed to accommodate the requirements of textile production and take into account the weaving parameter of the styles to be woven, the Weaving M/c, the jacquard M/c and the Jacquard frame.

GUIDING BOARDS
All the guiding boards for Stäubli, Bonas, Grosse, Müller, etc machines in Vulcan fibre or Dellrin (Stäubli).
HARNESS CORDS
Braided harness cords are manufactured exclusively for high – tenacity Polyester. They are antistatic, abrasion resistant and thermo fixed. All harness cords can be supplied with or without inner core, with or without carbon. Our harness cords for waterjet weaving machines absorb no humidity due to our special “water repellent” finishing treatment. This finishing treatment can be applied on all our various harness cords counts.
SPUN – COVERED LYCRA ELASTICS
Can be supplied in Cones for Low Speed Machine.
COMBER BOARDS
We produce the Vulcan fibre comber boards for all densities such as 45, 56, 60, 62, 66, 68, 72, etc. Threads/cm or as per the customers definition. The finishing is with Hard Varnish and our special NANO treatment.
